Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, untampered, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process your return or refund, an unboxing video must be provided. This is required to verify that the product was opened correctly. Please record the unboxing when you receive your order.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, you can return your original order and place a new one.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
